ORDER

I have not received an order confirmation - What shall I do?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and the billing and delivery address you have selected.

If you haven't received an order confirmation, please also check your spam folder. Possibly the order confirmation was mistaken for spam by your email program and ended up in your spam folder. If you do not find an email from us there either, please contact our support. We will be happy to help you and check if everything is ok with your order.

You are welcome to add our email address to your contacts so that you don't miss any emails from us in the future.

Can I remove items from my order?

No, unfortunately once the order has been confirmed, no items can be removed. All unwanted items can be returned free of charge within 14 days of purchase.

What can I do if I still have not received my order?

You can find the estimated delivery time for your order here. The days indicated are working days (Monday - Friday). We ship all packages by regular mail, so the exact delivery time depends on the post office.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please be patient for a few more working days. Probably your package is just a little late and will arrive soon.

If the delivery time is more than 5 working days late and you have not received your order, please contact us so we can help you.


Shipping

How long does the shipping take?


Waiting for your package is not cool! We know that too. That's why we want you to get your package as soon as possible. In this table you can see how long it takes to ship your package to your region. Please note that this is an estimate. We send all our packages by regular mail, so the delivery speed depends on the local post office.


How can I return or exchange items?

If you would like to exchange or return a product then please proceed as follows:

1. Please print out this return form, fill it out and enclose it with your parcel

2. Send your items to the address below using the address label at the bottom of
    the return form

3. Send your articles with intact label together with the order number.

4. Include instructions on how you want us to process your return (e.g. for a
    refund, exchange to a different size, style, etc.)

5. For the exchange, please clarify the alternative product by indicating
    product name, packaging style and size (please note that the exchange can only be made for equivalent or inferior products)

Once we have received your return, we will make every effort to process your request as soon as possible and will send you an e-mail confirmation after processing. Please note that during our peak season the processing time can take up to 10 working days. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please note that we cannot cover the costs of returning the goods and that you are responsible for lost items.

Product and quality information

How should I wash and care for my Artsocks?

We do our best to offer you the greatest possible quality with our products. However, the socks have a lifespan that varies depending on the care and treatment of the product.

For our Artsocks we recommend a washing temperature of 30°C. Please always wash inside out. Bleaching and ironing should be avoided. Our socks are very durable, but they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.


Before using our Artsocks for the first time, we also kindly recommend to take the time to carefully cut off the label with a pair of scissors, as ripping off the label would damage the socks.

Where and how are your products manufactured?


All our socks are produced in Armenia.

Our goal is not only to offer the best possible products to our customers, but also to be a sustainable company. We make sure that our textile suppliers are certified (OEKOTEX, GOTS ORGANIC, BETTER COTTON INITIATIVE) and meet the high standards we set for ourselves.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa & some local payment methods.


Wholesale and retail

I want to become a retailer. Who do I contact?

We are very pleased that you want to cooperate with us. In order to process your request as soon as possible, please send the following information to sales@artsocks.co:

  • Business Name, Full Address and Country
  • Telephone Number
  • Email address
  • Your first and last name
  • Type of Business: Independent Store/Online only etc.
  • Any other relevant information

I want to place a bulk order. What do I have to do?

Would your company like to purchase Artsocks for employees, events or as a customer gift? Please send the following information to corporategifts@artsocks.co:

  • Company name, VAT number, billing address
  • Country
  • Contact details; e.g. your first and last name, telephone number and e-mail address
  • Intended use of the products, e.g. company gifts, gifts for employees etc.
  • Further relevant information, e.g. desired samples, required sizes, colors, quantity etc.

We will contact you as soon as possible. In order to receive a quick answer, please make sure that your details are complete - otherwise your request cannot be processed promptly.
